We had a water penetration issue along one side of the house and thought it was getting in from a deteriorating concrete walkway. While other contractors agreed and quoted a price, Carlos showed me that the water issue wasn't related to the concrete, and that the work wasn't needed. He suggested simple, inexpensive ways to correct the condition. He is an honest, stand-up guy who would rather be truthful than take our money. When we decided to replace the path anyway for aesthetic reasons, Carlos and his team did a fantastic job at a fair price.
