I've been working with Carlos at CCD Construction since 2011. He has done various projects at my home including foundation work (reinforcing/waterproofing), basement renovation, and most recently an extensive outdoor project - new outdoor living area, new driveway with updated drainage system, new front steps with walkway, and soon a new front door for our entry way. Carlos has been exceptional to work with. He is always attentive to our plans and wishes, but he really comes in with ideas that help us come up with the best vision and outcome for our space. The results couldn't have been better and we're so excited about how everything turned out. We only got done with the project when the weather started to get really cold...so we haven't gotten out there to use it to its fullest potential...but we already have the date set for our first backward barbecue party to show off the new space. However, parking in the driveway has been so much better with the new surface. The kids love practicing their roller hockey skills in the driveway. And most importantly, my garage isn't getting any backflow for rain water or melting snow with our new drainage system. Because of the quality of their work and the good working relationship I have with Carlos, I will continue to use the services of CCD construction for big and small projects for the foreseeable future.
